HOW TO GET THERE
The Melia hotel Sitges is situated in the heart of the Aiguadolç marina and close to Barcelona, overlooking the Mediterranean. It is approximately 25 Km from Barcelona International Airport and 35km from Barcelona Sants train station.
Public transportation:
From Barcelona El Prat International Airport:
– Terminal 1: take the MonBus direction Sitges (7€/ticket to be bought on the bus). Get off at Parc Can Robert T Sitges (25 min) – then take a taxi (7 min) or walk (25 min) to Melia Hotel.
– Terminal 2: take the train direction Sitges (7,75€/ticket to be bought at the train station) and change at the station of El Prat de Llobregat (1 stop) and take a train to Sitges (train direction Vilanova I la G. or Sant Vicenc de C.
Get off at Sitges Train Station (30 min) – then take a taxi (7 min) or walk (20 min) to Melia Hotel.
– Taxi: an ordinary taxi from the airport to Sitges costs around 75-85€ and takes 25 minutes (depends on the traffic, time…).
From Barcelona Sants train station:
– take a train direction Gare de Vilanova or Sant Vicenc de Calders. Get off at Sitges Train Station (30 min) – then take a taxi (7 min) or walk (20 min) to Melia Hotel.

A private parking is available at the hotel, price 22€/day

We secured a block of rooms at the Melia Hotel Sitges.
Price per night in standard room based on single use: 185,00 EUR including VAT and breakfast.
Price per night in premium room sea view based on single use: 210,00 EUR including VAT and breakfast.

Cancellation at Melia:
– Before 30 September 2024: Free cancellation
– As of 30 September 2024: Full charge of the stay
REGISTRATION FEES
Registration fees are payable in advance by credit card or bank transfer.

The Registration Fee for Delegates is 310,00 EUR incl. 21% Spanish VAT
Registration will be open until 01 October 2024.
Changes
If you are unable to attend the Ethylene Seminar, and you want to nominate a substitute participant, please send an email to registration@eepc-seminar.org.
You will receive a cancellation email and the new registrant will receive a confirmation email.
Cancellation
Request to cancel your registration and/or accommodation must be submitted in writing to registration@eepc-seminar.org and is subject to the following conditions:
– Before 15 September 2024: Full refund of the registration fee
– As of 15 September 2024: No refund of the registration fee
