HOW TO GET THERE

Situated on the waterfront of St. George’s Bay in St. Julian’s, the Corinthia St George’s Bay hotel is approximately 2.5 km from the center of St. Julian’s and 8 km from Valletta, Malta’s capital. The area is known for its vibrant nightlife, restaurants, and entertainment venues. The hotel offers multiple swimming pools, dining venues, and water sports facilities, providing a luxurious retreat with easy access to local attractions.

To reach the Corinthia St George’s Bay hotel in St. Julian’s, Malta from Malta International Airport, you have the following options:

By Local Public Transport:

You can take bus route X2 from the airport, which operates frequently and heads towards St. Julian’s. Disembark at the St. George’s Bay stop; from there, it’s a short walk to the hotel. The journey takes approximately 40 minutes, depending on traffic. A single journey costs around €1.50.

By Taxi:

Taxis are available at the airport, offering a more direct route to the hotel. The journey typically takes about 30-40 minutes, depending on traffic, and fares range from €20 to €30. It’s advisable to confirm the fare with the driver before starting your trip.

Parking at the Hotel:

The Corinthia St George’s Bay offers private indoor and outdoor parking facilities. Parking fees are €1.80 for the first hour, €3.60 for two hours, €4.60 for up to 12 hours, and €28.60 for 24 hours. Additional days cost €7.00 each. The parking area includes disabled spots and has no height restrictions.

ACCOMMODATION at Corinthia and Radisson

We secured a block of rooms at the Corinthia St Georges bay hotel and at the Radisson Blue Resort.

These two hotels are located 5 minutes’ walk from each other, see map HERE

The prices are the same in the 2 hotels and all the rooms overlook the sea.

Price per night in standard room based on single use: 220,00 EUR including VAT and breakfast.

Price per night in standard room based on double use : 250,00 EUR including VAT and breakfast.

You can book your accommodation through the registration process of the congress.

Cancellation Policy:

– Before 10 September 2025: Free cancellation

– As of 10 September 2025: Full charge of the stay

REGISTRATION FEES

Registration fees are payable in advance by credit card or bank transfer.

The Registration Fee for Delegates is 310,00 EUR incl. 21% Maltese VAT

Registration will be open until 01 October 2025.

Changes

If you are unable to attend the Ethylene Seminar, and you want to nominate a substitute participant, please send an email to registration@eepc-seminar.org.

You will receive a cancellation email and the new registrant will receive a confirmation email.

Cancellation

Request to cancel your registration and/or accommodation must be submitted in writing to registration@eepc-seminar.org and is subject to the following conditions:

– Before 15 September 2025: Full refund of the registration fee

– As of 15 September 2025: No refund of the registration fee
